Sh@*% and Giggles

Our house is full of Sh@*% and Giggles!  Actually after making this video of Taite, I am sad to say the rest of the day was pretty Sh@%y.  Taite Pooped in his pants about 5 times.  Needless to say he had to go to bed early and no treats or movie!

Here Fishy Fishy's

I know that everyone is on the edge of their seat waiting to see what Taite does next, well here it is! Yesterday we had gone to my friend Suzette's house and while I was nursing Tavin, Garrett (Suzette's son) came screaming "Taite just dumped all the fish food in the fish tank!"  The tank was full of flooding fish food we barely found the two fish! Needless to say Mom (Me) Spent the next 45 min going back and forth dumping water out of the fish tank into the bathtub, washing all the rocks off, cleaning the 10-15 gallon tank out and then making trip after trip of water back into the tank!

They had two fish and a crab (crabby patty).  The bad news was crabby patty had made escape days earlier and I had to be the one to tell them there was no more Crabby Patty!

My Dad is Special!

The kids in Taite's preschool filled out these papers about their Dad's for Father's Day. Taite's answers were pretty hilarious. Some of my favorites are...

I like to make my Dad smile by... taking pictures-I say cheese and then click he takes the picture.
I like it when my Dad... talks to the Bishop and pours me root beer.  (I not sure were he got talking to the Bishop thing from.  Maybe it was when we had to talk to him about Taite's addiction to Root Beer.)
My favorite answer is...

My Dad is smart!  He even knows...how to fall off a huge rock
and catch sharks!

"Yah that's right you wish your dad could catch sharks and fall off rocks!"
Happy Fathers Day Jeremiah!

Caution "Wet Cement!"

Taite left his mark with a permanent marker on my sisters couch, so I'm sure Teaghen has been feeling a little left out!  But don't you worry, my clever little Teaghen found a permanent way to leave his mark!

My neighbors have been remodeling their house for the last year, and they are now just finishing up the outside and backyard.  So needless to say after watching the cement truck dump tons of cement to make a lovely patio in their backyard, Teaghen and his little friend Andy thought they would go check out.
Yes in deedy!  Little feet prints and scuff marks where left all over the cement.  Our neighbor had found some evidence left behind, and went door to door trying to see who's head would fit in the hat that would incriminate the trespassers.  I had never seen the hat before, but after our neighbor left I started to fit the puzzle pieces together and asked Teaghen if he had gone in  Jose's backyard.  And sure enough. . . he did!  The hat was Andy's.
Thank goodness that Jeremiah came home and did some quick thinking and asked another neighbor who pours cement if he could come help us literally "smooth things over."  With a lot of prays and apologies the little foot prints where sweep away before the cement completely dried!

Stranger Danger

Taite started Preschool this week at the Busy Bee Academy.  Throughout the summer they are learning all about being safe.

On thursday when I picked up Taite he keep saying, "Don't talk to strangers, don't talk to strangers!" as he got in the car.  So guessed they had talked about talking to strangers that day but I thought I would ask Taite what he learned anyways.  He said once again, "Don't talk to strangers!"  So I agreed with him, and started to quiz him on what he should do if a stranger does talk to him, and out of the blue he says, "Mom I want to be a stranger!"  and I replied "No, strangers are people we don't know, we don't talk to stranger."  And then Taite replied back "Strangers drive cars, and I want to be a stranger so I can drive cars!"
So I'm  not to sure how much of that lesson went in one ear and out the other (once he heard that strangers drive cars).

Jesus will save us!

Over memorial day we went to see Indiana Jones movie (or as Teaghen says it Indy Andy Jones). Yah I know my kids are to young! But they loved it! So much so, that everything in Teaghen's imaginary world, has changed from Super Teaghen, to Adventures of Teaghen (I'm guessing it's suppose to be, like adventures of Indiana Jones). Anyways Sunday Teaghen was going on and on about in the movie "Adventures of Teaghen 2" when he spoiled the ending by telling me the Teaghen DIES! He continues to say "it's okay mom because Jesus brings him back to life!"

Later that day after church he was filling up a tupperwear container with the hose when I got mad at him and told him to turn off the water. (of course everything goes in one ear and out the other) Then he started to bring it in the house and I told him not to. (in one ear out the other). He sets it down on the counter and sprints full speed across the room with his shoulder up by his ears and arms just a swingin'. When he gets back to the water he places Indy Andy Jones in the water and tells me he his going to baptism him! He was on a mission to get him baptised and no clean freak mom was going to stop him.
For those of you who were wondering. . . after the baptism Indy Andy Jones went to the park and played in the water then went to McDonald and came home and got a bath! Big day for Indy!
